TR15431N - Key Features
- Quad-band multimode E-GPRS radio
- Enhanced RF power efficiency; Significantly reduce handset size and heating problems; Improve talk and standby times
- EDGE class 12 operation (236kbps uplink) with high RF output power (up to 29dBm at antenna for cellular bands from 3.6V Li-Ion supply)
- Better coverage and data rates leading to improved user experience and satisfaction. Allows operators to optimize network capacity
- Maintain signal quality even at higher RF output power levels. Excellent spectral purity eliminates Tx SAW
- Uses variant of simpler, saturated “GSM” type PA modules for reduced size & BoM cost advantage
- Unique, open loop, Polar Impact transmitter technology includes PA control, with ramp and burst controls stored digitally
- Direct conversion receive architecture. Rx sensitivity: -108dBm (EGSM900)
- Auto calibration and compensation for Rx DC offsets
- Analog I/Q data interface, compatible with most basebands, allowing easy integration into handset design
